What does a monthly license include?
$20 USD per month covers one simultaneous instance. There are 30 monthly keys globally, not per customer. Additional purchases add instances.
What does permanent include?
$55 USD once includes two simultaneous instances. Only six permanent licenses are available globally. Permanent means the lifetime of the service.
How do I download Astra?
Sign in with the Discord account linked to an active license, then open Downloads & Guides in your dashboard. Downloads and guides are restricted to customers.
Does it work on my phone?
The client runs on Windows or a Linux VPS. Your phone can access this website and your running client dashboard; it does not run the Windows executable.
How do I cancel or change my card?
For supported Stripe purchases, open Billing in your dashboard to manage your subscription in Stripe. Payment setup is not live yet. Crypto purchases do not automatically charge a card.
Can I transfer my license?
Use the supported Discord license transfer command and keep the secret license private. Transfer cooldowns apply. Billing stays with the original payer.
Who can see beta updates?
Customers with an authorized beta role see beta releases. Other customers see stable releases. Access is verified by the server.
Where can I get help?
Join discord.gg/astra-client for support. Never post secret licenses, Microsoft login codes, or payment credentials.
